 So many
of our friends warned us against building a house. They shared dozens
of "nightmarish" stories about how stressful it was; and if
they had it to do over, they would NEVER build. Well, our experience couldn't
have been more pleasant with Jack Cannon and Falcon Building Company, LLC. Jack
was there to walk us through each step of the process, and really "bent
over backwards" to see that we were made aware of EVERYTHING that
happened. What we really appreciated was the fact that he always returned
our calls promptly and also tried very hard to work his schedule around
ours. We were also extremely impressed with the sub contractors that Jack
employed. We really had very little that had to be corrected at the 3,
6, and 12 month inspections. Jack's commitment is to see that his customer's
are 100% satisfied; and he certainly exceeded our expectations. We feel
as if we're living at a resort everyday in our beautiful home in Falcon
Ridge.

I appreciate your patience with us as first time "home builders" since we asked a ton of questions yet you never got tired of answering them. Also thanks for the prompt return on phone calls. That is something that is becoming harder and harder to find, i.e. someone who actually returns the customers calls. All of the small details really make a difference when we show off our home to people. They always say "wow, great master bedroom" "beautiful kitchen" or "neat fireplace", etc...
Your willingness to work with us and help customize our home to the lot really helped us add a bit of flair to our house and that sets it apart from all the rest in the area.
